Our certified organic coffee beans are sourced by our roastery from Matagalpa, Nicaragua and Guatemala. Certified as fair trade and organic, this blend is a combination of beans Nicaragua La Hammonia, Selva Negra, a self sustaining eco-village including a restaurant. Workers on the farm have a village with housing, a school, medical clinic & a baseball diamond! Family spirit is driving the enterprise.  The second part is a Guatemala, El Jardin coffee that comes from a group of neighbouring farms in the San Marcos region on the border of Mexico.
