Strawberry & rhubarb jam

This is a great example of STREAT’s commitment to circular food systems and waste reduction. The challenge was Bimbimbi Organic Farm's oversupply of strawberries; the solution was our kitchen team’s strawberry and rhubarb jam. 

A perfect match for STREAT's milk loaf or some freshly baked scones.  Seriously great jam!
