Banana Ketchup

This is a Filipino style ketchup, with roasted bananas being the prime ingredient but not the dominant flavour. It's an absolute must try for those that lean savoury and love a touch of spice!

This is a staff favourite (even amongst those that are traditionally not fans of bananas!). Use it as you would a ketchup or relish. Dip your chips, spice up a breakfast sandwich or use in the Filipino style as an accompaniment to barbeque meats and seafood. 

Ingredients: apple cider vinegar, whole roasted banana (16.7%), tomato paste (tomatoes, salt) (12.5%), organic cane sugar, red capsicum, shallots, canola olive oil blend, garlic, dried chillies, rosemary, turmeric.
