Plum Sauce

A sweet yet savoury sauce made with late summer blood plums, soy*, Sichuan pepper and ginger. It makes a great condiment/dipping sauce as well as an easy pre-grill mardinade.  

Made in the STREAT Collingwood kitchen from 88% Australian ingredients.   

*we use gluten free soy sauce.
